– Most importantly – yourself ready for a fun 60 mins of yoga.
Never done yoga before? This is the perfect chance for you to give it a try.
Been doing yoga for a while? The teacher will cater for you too.
There will be yoga pose options for everyone, no matter what your level of experience.
If it looks like it might rain (not impossible by past years’ strange weather patterns) a cancellation notice will appear on Facebook.
Until the end of November we are providing free Zoom classes – yoga and pilates – for anyone who would like to practice in the comfort of their own home.
Why not join us for a free Zoom class. Please see our timetable for times and to book, and make sure you choose FREE – Online – Zoom. If you still want to make a donation to Beyond Blue, you can by clicking here – Beyond Blue.
