Join Luciana in a Mindfulness and Pranayama Workshop starting 7th Aprill, at 11.00am.

 

 

Over the 4 weeks you will be introduced to:

  • Breath awareness and techniques.
  • The benefits of breathing correctly.
  • What mindfulness is.
  • How to apply mindfulness to our daily lives.
  • Become aware of the physical and emotional self.

Price for the 4 week workshop – $60.
