Join Luciana in a Mindfulness and Pranayama Workshop starting 7th Aprill, at 11.00am.
Over the 4 weeks you will be introduced to:
- Breath awareness and techniques.
- The benefits of breathing correctly.
- What mindfulness is.
- How to apply mindfulness to our daily lives.
- Become aware of the physical and emotional self.
Price for the 4 week workshop – $60.
